The rules that get accounts removed

These are the clear lines. Breaking one of them costs access, and repeat reports against the same account escalate quickly.

• Nobody under 18. Any content or behaviour involving minors is reported and removed without exception.
• No nudity or sexual content. This is a conversation product, not a broadcast or performance one — see female video chat.
• No recording or screenshotting the person you are talking to, even if the call is friendly.
• No harassment, threats or hate. Including pressure to move to another platform or to share something you have declined.
• No commercial soliciting — no links, no promotion, no directing people elsewhere.

What good behaviour looks like

Show your face with enough light that you are visible. A dark or empty frame is the single most common reason calls end in the first ten seconds, and it reads as a bad-faith start.

Let the other person set the pace on anything personal, and take a no the first time. The conversations that last are the ones where nobody is steering hard — the same point the single girl chat page makes.

Skip freely and without ceremony. Ending a call that is not working is expected here, not rude, and taking a skip personally is the fastest way to have a bad time.

How reports are handled

Report and block are separate. Blocking takes effect immediately and stops you being matched with that person again. A report attaches to the account and the specific session, which is what makes it actionable.

Reports are handled identically whether or not the reporter has spent anything, and whether or not either party has an account — a no sign-up video call carries the same protections.

Appeals

If you believe access was removed in error, contact us with the approximate time and what happened. Appeals are read by a person.

We will not discuss another user's account with you, including whether a report you filed led to action. That is a privacy boundary rather than an evasion, and it is set out in the privacy policy.
