What we collect

If you use the site without an account — the default, described on no sign-up video call — we hold a temporary guest session plus the technical records any website produces: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps.

If you sign in, we additionally hold the account identifier you signed in with, your coin balance and your call history. Signing in exists for exactly that reason: to attach those to an account rather than to one browser.

• Camera and microphone access is granted by your browser to the site, and can be revoked in browser settings at any time.
• Payment card details are handled by the payment processor, not stored by us.
• Cookies and local storage are used to keep your session and preferences.

What happens to your video calls

Calls are not recorded or published by us. Nothing that happens in a room is posted to a public feed or profile — the room is closed to two people, as described on 1-on-1 video call.

When you submit an in-call report, we retain the minimum context needed to act on it, tied to that session and account. Without that, moderation would not be possible.

We cannot prevent the person you are talking to from pointing a second device at their screen. Recording another person breaks the community guidelines and costs accounts their access, but it is a rule rather than a technical guarantee — the safety tips page says the same thing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the product — hosting, media delivery and payment processing — and with authorities where the law requires it.

Analytics, where used, measures traffic and page performance in aggregate. It does not receive the contents of a call, because we do not have them.

How long we keep it

Guest session data is short-lived. Account data is kept while the account exists. Report-related records are kept as long as needed to enforce the guidelines and to handle appeals.

Technical logs rotate on a normal operational schedule.

Your rights and how to use them

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for deletion. Email support[at]omeglegirl.cc or use contact us — include enough detail to identify the account or session.

Deleting your account removes account data; records retained specifically for safety enforcement may outlive it, which is the standard trade-off in this category and we would rather state it than imply otherwise.

Children under 18 must not use the service. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor it is removed.
