Who may use OmegleGirl

You must be 18 or older. Accounts belonging to minors are removed when identified, and any content involving minors is reported — this is the first rule in the community guidelines and it is not negotiable.

You are responsible for your own conduct on a call, including anything you choose to show or share. The practical guidance is on the safety tips page.

Accounts, coins and payments

An account is optional — the service works from a cold browser tab, as described on no sign-up video call. Signing in attaches coins and history to you rather than to a browser.

• Coins are a prepaid balance for longer or premium sessions. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• New users receive free matches; when they run out, nothing is charged.
• Coins have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
• Refunds are handled case by case — contact us with the transaction details.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, solicit, advertise, or share sexual content, and do not record or screenshot the person you are matched with. The full list is in the community guidelines.

Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, automate or overload the service, and do not use it to circumvent a previous removal.

We may suspend or remove access for breaches, with or without notice depending on severity. Appeals go through contact us and are read by a person.

Service availability and changes

The service is provided as is. Matching depends on who is online at a given moment, so we do not promise a match within any particular time — the how it works page explains why availability-based matching behaves that way.

Features may change, and pages may be added or retired. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the update date at the top of this page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of other users or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are read alongside the privacy policy and the community guidelines; together they are the agreement.
